Clayton McCann

Clayton McCann is co-founder of Nelson, BC’s The Mercury arts monthly. Recent work appears in Paper Shell Anthology #10, Moss: A Literary Journal of the Northwest 1.1,Anthropologica 54:2, Canadian Literature #212, SubTerrain, with forthcoming work in ACME: International E-Journal of Critical Geographies. Clay holds an MA in anthropology and critical studies from the University of British Columbia for his field work among marijuana workers of southern interior British Columbia, and has appeared on CBC and countless poetry readings, festivals, and performance events throughout the Canadian West.
